Hadeel Al-Kassab


Dentistry is a wonderful procession in which art and science meet to improve patient healthcare. Using skills to solve a problem is a satisfying experience, and seeing a patient’s health improve, along with their general well-being, is very rewarding for Dr. Al-Kassab. Seeing patients of different backgrounds and listening to their stories makes Dr. Al-Kassab feel more enriched and understanding as a person and a provider.

Dr. Al-Kassab attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor for her undergraduate education, as well as for dental school. Following that, Dr. Al-Kassab completed a one-year general dentistry residency at the University of Detroit, Mercy School of Dentistry, during which she trained in various techniques and technologies in all aspects of dentistry.

Dr. Al-Kassab and her husband moved to St. Louis, Missouri, from Southeast Michigan, and they look forward to becoming active in their new community. Dr. Al-Kassab has always been interested in community service and in encouraging youth leadership. She enjoys reading and traveling in her leisure time.

Robert Lowe


Dr. Robert Lowe, DMD was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He truly considers himself a hometown fellow, and he is passionate about St. Louis and his patients.

Dr. Lowe graduated cum laude from Washington University, afterward attending the Washington University School of Dental Medicine (WUSDM), graduating from the top 10% of his class. Following graduation, he joined the dental staff at Jewish Hospital - BJC; completing a General Practice residency in Hospital Dentistry.

Dr. Lowe has also served as the Washington University School of Dental Medicine’s Director of Emergency Dental Care, as well as teaching at the Forest Park College at the Dental Hygiene program.

Beginning May 2021, Dr. Lowe will be entering his 39th year practicing dentistry. He has owned his previous dental practice for 34 years, and since 2014, he has been extremely active in the delivery of public health dental care. Dr. Lowe has given back to the community by performing locum tenens dental care to under-served dental populations in the state of Missouri.

He is honored and privileged to be able to join the team at Bellefontaine Family Dental.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lowe has a passion for music and is a highly-regarded bassist in the St. Louis area. He frequently performs for public and charity events as a freelance musician, collaborating with the St. Louis Symphony, the STL - Philharmonic Orchestra, the Muny Opera, and the Fox Theatre, along with many other venues.
